I have recently returned from very restful weekend break in Whitby. I was lucky enough to stay at the Sandpiper Guest House, which is ideally located just minutes away from the town centre and local attractions on the West Cliff.
The Sandpiper is a four star guest house, and the positive reviews which this accommodation receives on trip advisor are justified.
Peter and Manetta made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped into the guest house until the day we left. The property is decorated to a very high standard, and the room was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Peters breakfasts were also outstanding, with a choice between a traditional English breakfast and a Continental option.
The Sandpiper is rightly one of Whitby’s most prestigious B&B’s, and now Peter offers self catering accommodation with optional breakfast at the B&B if you have larger groups or families.
If you are going to Whitby this year for a short break, the Sandpiper comes very highly recommended.
