Our luxury 3rd floor, 2 bedroom holiday apartment at the exclusive Whitby Caedmon’s Prospect is centrally located in Whitby town centre opposite the newly regenerated Pannett Park. It is only a short 5 minute walk from the centre of town, 1 minute walk to the local shipping pool, a 5 minute walk from the train station, and a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Caedmon’s Prospect is designed to feel like a hotel, but with all the easy going convenience of your own apartment. This contemporary designed holiday apartment offers the following:

  • 2 bedrooms, with sleeping for 4
  • Open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas
  • Juliette balcony overlooking apartment complex communal gardens
  • Full kitchen with everything you will need during your stay, including dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and microwave
  • Family bathroom
  • Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, separate en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe
  • Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a wardrobe
  • Free underground secure parking for up to 2 cars
  • Iron and ironing board provided
  • Towels and bedding provided

  • Secure door code entry system to complex
  • Elevator for easy access to 3rd floor
  • Easy step free access with space to manoeuvre, so accessible to wheelchair users

Sorry but no smoking or pets are allowed in this apartment.

Everything you need for children:

  • Travel cot and bedding
  • Toddler chair, high chair and children’s cutlery
  • A selection of toys is available within the apartment for young children, in addition to child appropriate books and DVDs
  • Child safety catches on key cupboards and drawers! (can be turned off if not needed)
  • A limited selection of emergency baby supplies for those items you have forgotten
