If you’re looking for great value, Aurora cottage is it. It also has the added bonus of being the place where you can take your four-legged friend. It is located on Lower Flask farm in Fylingdale, just a short distance from Robin Hoods Bay.
The home itself consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, a lounge, and a kitchen. There is also a sauna at the farm which guests have full use of. All I Need Is A Room, The Garden Room!
Rooms in private houses have grown hugely in popularity thanks in part to George Ezra’s ‘Breakfast At Tamaras’, but mainly the launch of the website Air B n B. Albion Hall is a four bedroomed holiday home that can sleep up to ten people. It is located in the heart of lower Robin Hoods Bay down a quiet street just metres from shops and eateries. An old church hall, this home is spacious and in the perfect location for a seaside holiday without using the car.
The living, dining and kitchen space within the property is all open plan allowing interaction between guests at all times. For those cosy nights in there is a flat-screen tv and home cinema system meaning you can keep the kids well entertained. The dining area is bright and airy and will seat ten comfortably. Built-in 1893, Streonshalh is a Victorian property with many original features. It is located at the top of the village (Robin Hoods Bay) and has breathtaking views of the sea. Whitby and its railway station are located less than fifteen minutes (by car) away if you fancy a day trip away.

Go Hostelling At Boggle Hole
Whether you’re looking for a beach break, activity break, or just accommodation that’s a little different, YHA Boggle Hole could be ideal for you. Tucked away in a wonderful location not far from Robin Hoods Bay with glorious sea views and amazing wildlife-filled woodland, it is full of charm and character and fascinating history.
There are two choices of accommodation at YHA Boggle Hall, the Old Mill and Crows Nest, both of these can sleep over forty people. This is in a variety of shared rooms which are all shapes and sizes. Additionally, to all the facilities that you would expect, there is also a kitchenette area with some bench seating and tables.
As well as the beach being on the doorstep, YHA Boggle Hole also offers treasure trails, a sandpit, mermaids, an old boat, and pirates. There is also a pirate-themed eatery that serves delicious food and drinks. The cafe is open daily and offers a great place to take a break from rock pools and the sea.
