The best lodges to stay in across the Yorkshire Dales

Anyone who has visited knows that the Yorkshire Dales is one of the most beautiful places to go for a holiday in the world.

The Dales have a uniquely peaceful atmosphere with both the Yorkshire Dales National Park and Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty located in the area.

So if you are planning to stay in the Yorkshire Dales, which accommodation should you select? We have picked out a handful of our favourites to help you make a decision over a booking.

Flowery Dell Lodges

Flowery Dell Lodges

Our first pick is Flowery Dell Lodges, which can be found on the eastern edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Honeymoon lodges, pet-friendly lodges and lodges with hot tubs are all available at the site, which is very close to the Hudswell Woods.

Ideal for a romantic break at Flowery Dell Lodges is the Mulberry single storey log cabin with hot tub and sauna, while it comes with a gas BBQ as well.

The site is the perfect base for exploring the creamery at Hawes and Swaledale and trying out locally made Wensleydale cheese as well.
