The family behind Vitty's Cottages

Heather and Iain first visited Whitby over twenty years ago. From the moment they arrived, they fell in love with the area and set their sights on making it their home.

After years of hard work, renovations, buying, selling, and building properties, they decided to go it alone in May 2024! They have built up a good reputation in Whitby, have many repeat guests, and, with the help of Charlotte, Iain's daughter, manage the online travel agencies themselves.

Living nearby gives them a distinct advantage. They can frequently check on their cottages and ensure everything is in perfect condition. They find it a true joy to see people making happy family memories, and they hope this will continue for many years.
