Yorkshire pudding filled with sausage and veg

Bring together the rich flavours of sausage and hearty vegetables inside a crispy and fluffy Yorkshire pudding. Served with gravy, this is a little twist on a classic dish that adds a new flavour and texture. Perfect for little ones!
Chocolate and cream, Yorkshire pudding profiteroles

Make Yorkshire puddings into profiteroles by melting two bowls of chocolate – one white chocolate and one milk chocolate. Dip a Yorkshire pudding into one of the bowls until it's evenly covered, and place it in the fridge to cool. While waiting, whip up some double cream until thick. Spoon the cream into a second Yorkie. Once the chocolate has cooled and set, you can either drizzle it with the other chocolate or sandwich it. Repeat the process and balance the treats on a plate in the middle of the table – then wait for everyone to argue over who gets the biggest one.
Blackberry and apple Yorkshire puddings

This fruity blackberry and apple dessert is a perfect ending to a Sunday meal. It's also quite easy to prepare; with just a few extra ingredients (golden caster sugar, apples, and a punnet of blackberries), you can create a dessert that's sure to be a hit. It's remarkable how well the Yorkshire pudding adapts to a sweet treat. Click for the recipe.
