Bay Ness Farm
Bay Ness Farm campsite sits on the North West side of Robin Hood’s Bay. Its position on a hill means great views of the bay and surrounding country. They welcome tents, mobile caravans and travelling campers. The bay is only a few minutes drive from the front gate, and Whitby town is just 10 minutes (4 miles) away by car.
The site is right next to Cinder-Track footpath, a popular trekking path that follows an old railway line that will take visitors down into Robin Hood’s Bay. The walk takes about 30 minutes and offers spectacular views along the way. The campsite offers a range of handy facilities for all guests, these include; showers, toilets, pot washing, and electrical hook-ups with all pitches charged per person, per night.
This Robin Hood’s Bay camping site is located just above the village and has views of the surrounding countryside and the sea. It is advertised as ‘sun, sea, sand, and sheep’ in a relaxed atmosphere.
The pitches for each tent are 5 x 5 metres with a maximum of four people per booking. They do not accommodate large groups. They do, however, allow dogs that must be kept on a lead at all times.

Hooks House Farm
Hooks House Farm welcomes those looking for self-catering holiday accommodation as well as travellers looking to camp with tents and caravans. Hooks House Cottage is the prime holiday home available for booking at this farm and features enough room to accommodate 6 adults. The site also offers a static caravan that can sleep up to 4 people.
The campsite is family run and is situated on a working farm. The farm is half a mile from Robin Hood’s Bay and 5 miles from Whitby town. One important fact to note about Hooks House Farm is that it’s not a large site and so is not able to accommodate large groups. Lovely views of the coast and surrounding country can be seen from every pitch and the Whitby to Scarborough bus service stops just outside the farm!
