Trenchers is one of our favourite places to visit as a family. Who doesn’t love fish and chips at the seaside? They have booth-style seating, which is excellent for families, plenty of space, and a takeaway if you prefer to enjoy your fish and chips on the pier. At Trenchers, you’ll experience the best quality fresh fish! From starters to desserts and even a varied children’s menu, Trenchers has something for everyone.
Pizza West
Pizza West on the West Cliff, Whitby, opened their doors on the afternoon of 3rd June 2021. The food and service are lovely. If you’re craving pizza, Pizza West is fantastic. Plus, if anyone in your family isn’t a pizza fan, their menu is varied and includes seafood and meat dishes. We can’t recommend the desserts enough, so save some room. This is a lovely restaurant to enjoy a celebration; check out their TripAdvisor reviews to see how accommodating they are.
Emma’s Diner
Emma’s Diner is worth checking out if you’re seeking a spot in Whitby that deviates from the norm and offers a more American-style experience. The Diner has a 1950s/1960s atmosphere, and the staff impress with themed fun outfits. You’ll be impressed with the generous portions, and the menu features everything from fish and chips to American-style burgers. Remember to indulge in one of their delicious milkshakes – amazing! It’s a lovely, relaxed atmosphere for children.
